This policy applies to hakkeemadvisory.com and to information people send us through this website or by email. Hakkeem Advisory is a research and advisory practice serving business clients.

• Information you submit. When you request sample records, we receive the name, company, business email, website, equipment categories, contractor types and any notes you provide.
• Email correspondence. If you reply to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer it and maintain a record of the discussion.
• Website usage. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs. We may also use standard web analytics to understand how pages are used. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To prepare and send the research samples or other work you asked for.
• To reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver and support that engagement.
• To keep ordinary business records.

We do not sell information you submit through this site, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a sample request.

Information used in contractor research

Our research uses publicly available business information and legitimate commercial research sources. That includes company websites, public registries and filings, procurement and permitting records, professional business profiles, published trade coverage, and commercial business-information tools we license.

The research concerns businesses and the people who hold business roles within them, in a business capacity. We record business contact details, not personal or consumer information, and we document the sources behind material claims so they can be checked.

Business outreach

We contact businesses by email about our services. Every message identifies who we are and how to stop receiving further contact. If you ask us to stop writing to you, we will.

Removal and correction requests

If you are a business contact and you want your information corrected, or removed from our research records and outreach, write to abdul@hakkeemadvisory.com and we will action it. Please include the email address or company name so we can locate the record.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the business: website hosting, form handling, email delivery, and commercial research tools. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us.

Retention

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed for the engagement and for ordinary business, tax and record-keeping purposes, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
