These terms cover use of hakkeemadvisory.com and describe the general basis on which Hakkeem Advisory provides research. Any engagement we accept is governed by the written scope, fees and terms agreed for that engagement, which take precedence over this page.

Website content

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We keep it current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Demonstration material

Any sample record shown on this site is a demonstration. Companies, people, contact details and source links in demonstration material are illustrative and do not represent a real company, individual or client engagement, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim about a named third party.

Basis of the research

• Research is built from publicly available business information and legitimate commercial research sources.
• Records reflect what those sources supported at the stated research date. Public information changes, and we do not warrant that a record remains accurate after delivery.
• Equipment evidence describes machines publicly shown in use or operation. It is not a statement of ownership, title or lien position.
• We do not assess creditworthiness, and nothing we deliver is a credit report, credit reference or credit recommendation.
• We do not guarantee leads, meetings, applications, funded transactions or any commercial outcome.

Your use of delivered research

Research is delivered for the client's own commercial use. Clients are responsible for how they use it, including compliance with the marketing, communications, data protection and financial-services rules that apply to them. Delivered research may not be resold or redistributed as a data product without our written agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to Hakkeem Advisory. On payment, clients receive the delivered research and full rights to use it in their own business.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability arising out of the website or any research engagement is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.

Governing law

Any governing law or jurisdiction applicable to a paid engagement will be stated in the relevant written engagement terms.
